Operation Tips
high humidity is essential for an effective sauna experience. The steam acts as a conducter of the heat energy to fill the room with heat
the cement board should be kept damp/wet so there is a constant supply of steam.
water can be poured on the rocks when you can no longer hear the existing water boiling off, usually every 10-15 minutes
although unpleasant at first – the element of the cold shower offers scientific and metaphyiscal benefits
the sauna and rocks hold heat well, shut off the heater at the first notice that it feels too hot as the temperature will increase after shutting off the heater
