Operation Tips
- high humidity is essential for an effective sauna experience. The steam acts as a conducter of the heat energy to fill the room with heat
- the cement board should be kept damp/wet so there is a constant supply of steam.
- water can be poured on the rocks when you can no longer hear the existing water boiling off, usually every 10-15 minutes
- although unpleasant at first – the element of the cold shower offers scientific and metaphyiscal benefits
- the sauna and rocks hold heat well, shut off the heater at the first notice that it feels too hot as the temperature will increase after shutting off the heater
